At Nere, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our team is here to ensure a smooth exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original Nere packaging, ensuring all garment tags are still attached and the items are in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
